  10. Identify screening tools that exist and the populations they are targeted towards, and recognize populations without effective screening tools 
  11. Discuss appropriate and sensitive communication techniques when caring for clients who are victims of abuse 
  12.  Identify ways that healthcare workers can have a larger impact on domestic violence by engaging in community involvement
